Registration for Annual General Meeting and Samuhik Satyanarayana Pooja 2026

On behalf of GSS UK committee, we would like to invite you all for Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Samuhik Satyanarayana Pooja on Saturday, 25th April 2026 at

VENKATAKRISHNA VRINDAVANA,

Udupi Sri Puthige Matha

1 Beaconsfield Rd, St Albans AL1 3RD

Itinerary for the day is as follows:

10:00 AM                           - Satyanarayana Pooja starts
12:30 PM                           - Lunch
2:00 PM to 4:00 PM       - Annual General Meeting (AGM)
4:00 PM to 5:00 PM       - Evening Snacks and conclude event. 

The cost of the Satyanarayana pooja is £65 per family (consisting of 4 members - couples with up to 2 kids under 18 years of age). Additional family members will be charged at £15 per person. It is free of charge for children aged 6 years and below.

The pooja samagri will be provided by the temple. You can  bring fruits and flowers for the pooja.   

If you prefer to not perform the Pooja, but only attend and have lunch, followed by the AGM meeting, the cost is £15 per adult. Guests are charged the same fees as described above.

At the AGM, members of the GSS committee will introduce themselves, followed by the Secretary presenting the Sabha report and the Treasurer presenting the annual accounts for the year ending March 2026. Elections for the GSS (UK) Managing Committee will also take place during the meeting. Light refreshments will be served afterwards.

Given below are the options. You are able to select only one option from the list for a form submission. If you are :

1.Interested in performing the Satyanarayana Pooja and attending AGM -  then chose the first option:
For performing the pooja the registration fees is £15 per family and cost of lunch £50 (group of 4 members, couples with up to 2 kids aged 18 years and below). If you have a family group greater than 4  members then please register the additional family members in a separate form submission. No charges for children 6 years and below. 

2. Interested in performing the Satyanarayana Pooja and attending AGM - then choose the second option:
£15 for Satyanarayana Pooja and £15 per person for lunch will apply.  No charges for children (6 years and below). 

3. Interested in attending the Satyanarayana Pooja and AGM - then choose the second option:
£15 per person for lunch will apply.  No charges for children (6 years and below). 

3. Interested in attending the AGM only:

The registration is free for those who wish to attend only the AGM. If you are interested to register then please send an email to the secretary at secretary@gssuk.org . Elections will be held this year in the AGM for the new managing committee.
